Pam Bowers, LPC, LCDC-lll
Clinical Supervisor

Pam has provided treatment to children, teens, adults and families in the areas of mental health therapy, substance abuse counseling, as well as working as a program administrator for over 30 years.

She is a former school board member with Cincinnati Public Schools and has previously taught at the collegiate level. She has experience in providing specialized services to court involved individuals with behavioral health and addiction struggles. In her early work with families, Pam provided psychoeducation and support to first time moms who were at risk of abuse/neglect through Every Child Succeeds program. She is focused on educating others about mental illness and the effects of trauma, toxic stress, while emphasizing the importance of mental wellness and self-care.

Pam earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Fisk University and completed her Master of Science Degree in Guidance and Counseling at Tennessee State University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor-III in the State of Ohio. Pam is in the process of completing the requirements to obtain her independent counseling license.

Currently, Pam serves as a board member with Cincinnati Preschool Promise, a trustee at New Life Missionary Baptist Church, and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Sigma Omega Chapter.
