As a nurse, I’ve spent years supporting people through challenging and vulnerable moments, and I bring that same compassion and understanding to therapy. I take a flexible approach, meeting you where you are and supporting you in creating a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values. Together, we’ll explore, reflect, and empower change at your pace.
